简介

北航集成电路学院讲师,硕士生导师,材料与器件系副系主任,主讲本科核心专业课《微纳器件制备实训》(获评北航劳育精品课),主要研究方向为二维磁性材料、自旋轨道矩物理机理、新型自旋电子材料与存储器件、自旋太赫兹等领域的交叉研究。主持1项国家自然基金青年基金,参与科技部国家重点研发计划2项、北京市重点研发项目1项、国家自然基金面上项目1项。主持校级教改项目1项、主持教育部产学研协同育人项目1项,参与校级教改项目2项。近两年发表5篇代表作论文:
